A 13,000 sq ft concrete skatepark at Fountain Lakes Park operated by St. Charles Parks & Recreation; special RC car hours have been offered during off-peak/late-night sessions, but no dedicated RC-only policy is published — access for RC cars is session-dependent and should be confirmed with the park. Kinetic Park (the county-level facility in nearby Dardenne Prairie) explicitly prohibits motorized/electric equipment, so this city-run park is the more likely candidate for RC use.
